Write, Review, Rise: An AOM-Supported Workshop with Dr. Amitabh Anand at IUS

The IUS Faculty of Business and Administration (FBA) hosted a three-day guest lecture and workshop led by Dr. Amitabh Anand, Full Professor at Excelia Business School and Research Fellow at Corvinus University of Budapest, held at the International University of Sarajevo from December 6–8, 2025.

PhD students and early-career academics engaged in an intensive program focused on developing strong theoretical contributions and producing high-quality systematic and bibliometric review papers. Dr. Anand shared practical guidance, hands-on exercises, and many tips and tricks from an editorial perspective. Participants also benefited from valuable networking opportunities, peer exchange, and discussions on effective publication strategies.

This initiative was supported by the Academy of Management Community Accelerator Program, highlighting IUS and FBA’s commitment to strengthening research capacity and international academic collaboration.
