Welcome to the Department of Economics and Management at the Faculty of Business and Administration (FBA).

Our goal is to develop economists and business professionals ready to face the challenges of a dynamic environment. With academic staff from diverse educational and industry backgrounds, we can pursue theoretical and practical teaching simultaneously. As a small department, we provide an environment where students can benefit from direct and personal contact with our staff, enabling them to receive guidance, acquire knowledge, develop skills, and pursue their ideas.

About Bachelor Studies

The core objective of the program is to develop advanced critical thinking, strategic decision-making, and leadership skills to address complex business challenges. Emphasizing an analytical approach, interdisciplinary knowledge, ethical responsibility, and innovative problem-solving, the program prepares graduates for diverse careers in today’s dynamic business environment.

Choose the pace that fits your goals: complete your Master’s in just 1 year (60 ECTS) or follow the 2-year track (120 ECTS), which, combined with prior Bachelor’s studies, ensures a minimum of 300 ECTS credits in line with the European Higher Education Area framework.

About Master Studies

The objective of the Ph.D. program in Management is to prepare students for independent and creative scientific work by developing advanced research skills, contributing to scientific knowledge through original research, and fostering the ability to manage academic and scientific activities effectively. The program aims to develop deep theoretical knowledge and advanced research expertise in management science, enabling students to contribute to the academic field, advance management practices, and address complex organizational challenges.

Although exceptions are possible, we offer specialization in strategy, entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, and human resource management.

About PhD Studies
